Support Tumaini
Making the decision to give towards the fund is significant. Tumaini uses your gifts prudently and strategically to transform the lives of under resourced students around Karura, through providing scholarships and mentorship to more than 30 beneficiaries in secondary school. It costs about KES 55,000 (USD 550) to educate a student for a year and we encourage individuals, corporates and Community Life Groups to engage in the following ways:
- Donate to our program with a one-time gift or on a monthly basis. Donations can be made in cash, cheques or mpesa.
- Volunteer to mentor a student for 1 year. We provide mentorship traning which will help you with the skills to mentor the beneficiaries in Tumaini.
- Fund-raising opportunties / ideas to raise school fees for our benefieciaries.
- Buy a hotdog from our hotdog sale which is set up near the Church.
